Before you book, please check the supervision ratios. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, and the number of children one adult can supervise depends on their age and swimming ability:

Under 3, or any child who cannot swim one length unaided — one adult per child, in the water and within arm's reach
Ages 4–7 — one adult per two children, in the water
Ages 8–15 — one adult per three children, poolside and in sight at all times

Where more than one applies, the stricter ratio applies. A non-swimmer of any age always needs one adult to one child.

Please make sure your booking includes enough adults before you continue.

Also worth knowing: appropriate swimwear must be worn, and children who are not fully toilet trained need an approved swim nappy. Inflatables are not permitted. No running, diving or rough play in or around the pool. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety and behaviour of children in their care, and we may refuse or withdraw pool access if these guidelines aren't followed.

All bags and clothing must be stored in the onsite, complementary lockers. Only towels and flip flops are permitted on poolside for swimmers.

For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that appropriate clothing and footwear are worn when travelling to and from the pool area.
